For the time being, Sterling Bank has suspended email instructions for security reasons. This means that a bank statement cannot be sent to you by email. I was told that I could access my account balance by signing up for their internet banking site. The registration process is simple and takes just a few minutes.

By emailing customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, you may request a bank statement. The statement’s length should be included in the email. This email statement is absolutely free. On Access Bank’s internet banking service, you can also generate a “mini account statement.”

I called Zenith Bank and was put on hold for about 6 minutes. When I called, the customer service representative informed me that I could get my bank statements by sending an email request to my registered email address. It’s also accessible via Zenith’s Online Banking portal.
It’s worth remembering that the account statement you get online isn’t stamped. It is solely to provide information. When a stamp is required (such as for Visa applications), one must go to the bank.
