If you use an iOS smartphone to publish an image to Instagram, a copy of the image will very probably be preserved on the device as well. Here’s how you get Instagram images and videos back on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
- On your iOS device, most likely go to Photos.
- Open the Instagram album by selecting it and clicking on it.
- You may see all of the photographs and videos in the album from here.
- From there, you can re-upload any of the photos that you accidentally deleted from Instagram.
