- Login to your account and go to your message box i.e where your complete messages and chats are stored.
- From there, you will see at the top left of the screen “Inbox”, “Other” and “More”. In the field for “more”, you will see a drop down arrow, Click on “More” to reveal the drop down menu and from the options, select “Archived.”
- This is where the list of messages you’ve archived are stored.
