Recover erased messages

Once again, it may take 2-3 hours to complete the process depending on how heavy your download is. Once it does, click on the web link in the e-mail to download your archive.
And note before you could download the archive, you will have to reenter your password.
Finally, click the “Download Archive” switch that shows up after entering your password. Your archive will download to your computer in a zip format, Unzip it, then open up the documents called “index.”.
The data containing your archived data will open and click.
Here you can locate your messages and other activities on your account
Since you are familiar with the message you are looking for, to quickly find the message, search by keyword phrase. Press “CTRL + F” or “F3” to access the keyword phrase search field and pit in a keyword from the message that’s it. As soon as you locate the message, copy and paste the materials into a Word document to save.
