How to create an avatar on Facebook via iPhone or IPad
10 simple steps to direct you:
Open the Facebook mobile application on your iOS or Android phone. Click on the three horizontal lines in the lower right corner of your screen (highlighted in yellow below).
A tab should slide out from the right. Tap on to scroll down now.
Tap on the “Avatars.” first choice under it.
An example character from avatars should appear with a gradient green-blue screen! Choose ‘Next’ and Start.’
Pick a skin-tone and when done, press ‘Next.’
You can now personalize more your avatar! Pick the hairstyle, facial form, eyebrows, eye color, lipstick, skin type, face skin, the shape of the body, dress, etc. Hair extensions and freckles can also be included.
If your avatar looks satisfying, tap on the checkmark in the upper right corner of your screen. You get to a second screen in which you can press ‘Next’ when you have loaded your avatar.
You can see the screen below when it is over. Only press the ‘Done’ button.
Both of you are set to use your Facebook avatar! In the upper right-hand corner, you can see three buttons on your phone. If you type in the top (arrow) button, you can share or create a new profile image of your Facebook feed with your avatar.
